DL2 HW1 Reading Reflection

After reading chapters 1 and 3 and the chapters in the handbook, I didn't really learn anything new. This is quite a bit of reading that I was not expecting though. I didn't realize how much research is used for just about everything. I enjoyed the Kairotic moment story about Haley; it is always a huge relief when a hard assignment becomes much easier. I already have a topic in mind for the research paper, but the information about how to choose a topic was helpful.
